To our patients,
Good News! Governor Holcomb is allowing Dentists to open back up so we will be reopening Monday, May 4th. We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. Many things have changed. However, one thing remains the same, our commitment to your safety.
Here are some things that will be different when you arrive:
Our reception area will remain closed for the time being. When you arrive, please stay in your car and give us a call.
When we are ready for you we will call you or come get you.
For your safety, and others, we will only be allowing the person with the appointment to come in. Family members will need to stay in the car.
When we call you or come out to get you we will be asking you some screening questions.
Please understand that your appointment may take longer than usual. Your patience is appreciated.
We always love the handshakes and hugs, but we will need to forgo those for a while. Your presence is the best hug ever!
If you, or a family member, has tested positive for COVID-19 or you, or a family member, has had a fever, cough, or shortness of breath in the last 3 weeks, please contact our office before you arrive so that we may reschedule your appointment.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 260-724-7032 or 260-824-4614. Thank you for continuing to place your trust and loyalty in Riverstone Dental. We can’t wait to see all of your smiling faces!
