Riverstone Dental was established in 2000, when Dr. James Taylor, who previously worked for another practice, decided to open his own practice in Decatur, IN. That same year, he purchased our Bluffton, IN office as well. Dr. Molly Sigler began working for Dr. Taylor as an associate, while Dr. Blake Taylor joined the practice in 2004 and Dr. James Taylor retired in 2008. Today, Dr. Sigler and Dr. Taylor are proud to continue the high standard of care that Riverstone Dental has been known for almost two decades.
With over four decades of experience, Vicki is an expert in hygiene and periodontal treatments. She is skilled at taking radiographs (X-Rays), periodontal charting, periodontal evaluations, treatment planning, DIAGnodent use, digital camera, taking blood pressure, prophylaxis and more. In her spare time, Vicki likes to travel, hike, read and do crossword puzzles.
Cyndi has been at Riverstone Dental for 30 years and strives to provide patients with optimal treatment. Through preventive dental care such as radiographs, patient education, and fluoride treatments, Cyndi can provide therapeutic care to treat diseases of the mouth like gum disease and jaw bone loss. Cyndi is married and has three children. Cyndi enjoys reading, walking, spending time with her family and making cakes for her family. She especially likes summertime, being outdoors and working in her flower beds.
Mandy has over a decade of experience providing patients with superior patient education and care. She enjoys spending time with her family and especially her husband, Chad and three children, Brock, Cole, and Allison. In her spare time Mandy likes being outdoors, gardening, shopping, swimming, eating out and watching basketball and Notre Dame Football!
Caylynne is one of the newest members of the Hygiene team. She attended Bluffton High School, Ball State University, and IPFW, earning her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. She regularly adds to her expertise through continuing education. Away from work, Caylynne likes spending time with her husband, Trent and their two-year-old son, Cooper. Other favorite hobbies include being outside, riding bikes, going for walks, swimming, and traveling.
Jess has been in the dental field for five years. She earned her associates degree from IPFW after graduating from Adams Central High School. In addition to being a Registered Dental Hygienist, Jess is also licensed in anesthesia and certified in CPR. Jess is married to Braidon, and they have twins, Dominic & Chevelle. In her spare time, Jess likes to be outdoors, spending time with her family, reading and crafting.
Melanie has been with Riverstone for over a decade at a dental hygienist. She is a graduate of Kellogg Community College and Adams Central High School. Melanie has her license in anesthesia and is certified in CPR. Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt and their four children: Savannah, Tenley, Grayson, and Benjamin. She also likes to bake, read a book with a good cup of coffee, ride her bike and watch Detroit Tiger baseball!
Kelly recently celebrated 10 years with Riverstone Dental. She is a Clinical Assistant. Kelly enjoys being outdoors, playing Park and Rec volleyball and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Kasi is an Expanded Function Clinical Assistant for Riverstone Dental. She graduated from IPFW in Dental Assisting. Kasi has over a decade of experience in assisting. She enjoys being outside and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Kim has been a Clinical Assistant at Riverstone Dental for well over a decade. She and her husband, Matt, have three daughters. Kim enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Renee has been a part of the Business Team for over a decade. She handles Accounts Receivable, Hygiene Retention and Technology. Renee and her husband live in Bluffton and own Berne Antique Mall. She is a member of the First Missionary Church in Berne. Renee is a graduate of Purdue University. She loves to spoil her nieces and nephews and to spend time with her family. When she is not helping patients, Renee loves to read, walk and play with her dogs, Zoey and Pemberly. She and her husband are avid travelers and have been to, among others, Australia, Ireland, Hawaii, France and all around the USA.
Rachel is a native of “the thumb” of Michigan where she grew up in the small town of Caseville located on Lake Huron. She and her husband recently got married which relocated her to Berne, IN. She met her husband Zach while on a Mission’s Trip to New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. A few years later, God brought them back together, and the rest is history! She enjoys traveling to new places with her family, reading, watching the Green Bay Packers, and doting on her two cats Meli and Mr. Pipsqueak. Currently, Rachel and her husband attend First Missionary Church in Berne. While she is still becoming acquainted with the area, Rachel looks forward to making lifelong friendships and establishing a permanent life in Indiana where she can call home.
Melissa utilizes her positive attitude assisting patients in the Business Office. Melissa studied Office Administration at Ivy Tech after graduating high school from nearby Adams Central. She is married and has a son, Ethan, a daughter, Presley, and three dogs: Toby, Jax, and Hamlett. In her spare time, Melissa likes to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys watching NASCAR, swimming, shopping, movies and spending time camping. Fishing every summer at their family cabin in Canada is an annual highlight.
Karissa graduated from Norwell High School and the University of Saint Francis, earning a degree in Nursing. She is CPR certified. She has been married for five years and has a son and daughter. When she is not working with the Riverstone business team, she enjoys spending time with family, doing crafts, cooking, and drinking coffee.
